Once dispatched, we estimate delivery times of: Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-4 business days Adelaide: 2-5 business days Perth, NT & Tasmania: 5-7 business days Regional hubs (eg. Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 2-4 business days Other regional and remote areas can take longer for delivery.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@consciousstore.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@consciousstore.com.au. We don't facilitate exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received FREE shipping on your order and decide to return/refund your items, you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost for shipping.
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us at hello@consciousstore.com.au with your order number, description of the issue and photos. We will replace any defective / damaged items and of course, organise the right product to be sent to you if you've received the wrong item.
